Le Lord IIa fut le premier télémétrique fabriqué par Okaya. Il semble inspiré par les Retina, mais sans soufflet. Pour le reste, il est équipé d'un coupe film intégré comme tous les Okaya et d'un dispositif empêchant la double exposition.
